Hi! I'm Terry J. Aman, and I'm a media packrat. In 2017, I finished transferring hundreds of VHS tapes with material dating back to the 1980s onto 2,500+ discs. Now I'm in the process of finding out what's on all of these things. Welcome to VideoFuzzy, which is both a blog listing the material I'm finding on these discs, and a podcast highlighting the progress I'm making cataloging my VHS-to-DVD transfers, my direct-to-DVD recordings, and commentary on what I've been watching.

Hi! My name is Terry J. Aman and this installment marks my 56th episode of "VideoFuzzy," my twice-monthly progress report on cataloging more than 2,800 VHS transfers and digital recordings. In this installment, titled "Embrace the Deception," I feature the series premiere of FOX's thought-provoking if wackadoo series "Fringe."

In Cross Connections, I pull up "Studio Six Feet Under" connections from "Fringe" and the many guest stars I encountered closing out the final three seasons of "Psych."

In my Classic VHS-to-DVD Collection, I found a copy of where a North Dakota family in need got some help from the "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" team. I also found episodes of "True Blood," a copy of "Becket" off Turner Classic Movies, and the second season premiere of "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles."

In my direct-to-DVD Current Collection, as well as a disc set and some video streaming, I closed out the dark ages episodes of "Psych" from the sixth through the eighth season, including "Psych: The Musical," which I had to purchase separately -- totally worth it. Also, comments on "Superstore," "Supernatural," "American Horror Story 1984," "Cake" and "The Good Place."
